NECKPIECE - Tatted piece of Art
This ornate piece of hand work has been created by the age old art of tatting.
The first of 'Elves n Elements' Tat-astic creations.
The 4 cms x 4 cms motif has three graded layers of hand made lace which are held together with a simple pearl.
This delicate assemblage is worn as a neckpiece fastened with a very narrow ribbon at the nape of your neck.
It is that perfect gift...not too much & not too little, but special enough to be remembered.

DESIGNING & MAKING - Fashion Show
This
dress was designed and made as part of a collection. The embellishment on the
dress was specially researched and made with plant fibres and hand embroidery.
The bodice of the dress took hours of dedication and an eye for detail. The
texture for the fabric was achieved by selective heat treatment.
The collection 'ONE' was based on an extract from the renowned cult classic, book 'Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance' by American write and philosopher, Robert M Pirsig.

This crepe silk wedding gown was
specially designed & made for the bride's big day. We could design and make

EMBROIDERY - Design
This embroidery was exclusively designed and executed for a collection at a fashion show.
The piece was designed as a collaboration between Nature and Everything Man-made.
DESIGNING & MAKING - Aerial Performance
Anna Abrams asked us to design and make this costume as per her brief where she mixes live aerial artistic abilities on the Corde Lisse while playing the violin alongside.
We had to keep in mind the fact that she was performing on a rope and so the fabric and design had to be carefully selected so as to do justice to the artistery in the piece as well as be safe for all reasons and enable her to move easily to the demands of her piece.
ALTERATION - Gown
This
beautiful gown was altered & customised for Anne Osborne, soprano at The
Royal Opera House, London. She had a recital at Canterbury Cathedral and wanted us to get ready her gown for the occasion.
Lovely Anne Osborne models graciously in her beautiful
dress that we altered. Watch out for her as she makes waves .
STYLING & MAKING - Photoshoot
Styling this photo shoot was interesting as we had only pearls, beads and feathers to doll up this lovely model.

COSTUMES - Dance Performance
This costume was designed and made for a dance performance in the Slovenia. It had to meet the physical needs of the dancers as well as the compliment the narrative of the piece.
The artists were pleased at the outcome.
BOWLER/DERBY HAT - Embellished
This 100% wool bowler hat in chocolate brown was dressed up with peach net fabric which was embellished with embroidery.
Neatly pleated fabric with a scalloped edge was attached to the hat carefully so that no threads are visible on the front and on the inside of the hat.
The fabric is mounted in an asymmetrical manner so as to give the very symmetrical looking bowler hat a bit of a twist and will get you a second look most definitely.

This dress and bag was styled and made as per the requirements of the photographer for a photo-shoot. The materials used were bubble-wrap and plastic tubing.
ALTERATION - Wedding Dress
This wedding dress had to be customised
according to Elinor's special requirements as she was well into her pregnancy besides other things.
She was a happy bride at the end.
